Fortnight (Global All Hands)

2018 - 2021

From 2018 to 2021, I led the content strategy, production and creative direction for Lyft's Monthly Global All Hands Meeting (Fortnight).

Owned the full lifecycle of each event including speechwriting, executive coaching, run-of-show, design and live production. Partnered closely with Lyft's C-suite and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop content that was relevant, inspiring and energizing.

Outcomes:
Doubled attendance and engagement at Lyft's all-hands meetings in less than 6 months. Saw a net positive rating of every event (scoring 8 or higher on a scale of 1 to 10). Evolved Fortnight into a cornerstone of company clture.
